Instructions for Keto Beef and Cabbage Stir-Fry
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice beef sirloin into thin strips, shred cabbage, slice onion, and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat Oils: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook Beef: Add sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add minced garlic, onion, and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add Cabbage: Stir in cabbage and red pepper flakes, cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage wilts but remains crunchy.
  6. Combine: Return beef to skillet, add soy sauce, and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Taste and Adjust: Check seasoning and adjust with more soy sauce or salt and pepper if needed.
  8. Serve: Transfer stir-fry to a serving dish and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
