  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest Fresh zest.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley Can substitute with chives.

  • 1 lemon Lemon Wedges For garnish.
  • 1/4 cup Extra Chopped Parsley For garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to high heat, about 500°F (260°C) and clean the grill grates.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and stir until aromatic, about 1-2 minutes. Mix in lemon juice, zest, parsley, sea salt, and pepper.
  3. Place cleaned oysters on the grill, rounded side up, and grill for 2-3 minutes until edges curl.
  4. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of lemon butter sauce over each grilled oyster and close the grill lid. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove grilled oysters using tongs and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with extra parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
