Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Place the fish fillets in the baking dish, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  4. Scatter cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, minced garlic, and sliced red onion around the fish.
  5. Lay lemon slices over the fillets.
  6. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
