  • 1 inch Ginger fresh, grated
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients for the Slow Cooker Beef Curry.
  2. Combine cubed beef, diced tomatoes, coconut milk, curry powder, minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onion in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
