Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your puff pastry sheet until it’s about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
  3. Place the squares on a lined baking sheet and press down the center of each to shape the nests.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Prepare your filling by mixing chocolate eggs or candy with optional custard or fruit.
  6. Fill each cooled nest with the mixture using a spoon.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes to warm the filling.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before serving.
