Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin by greasing it well.
  2. Roll out the croissant dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Brush the rolled-out dough with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over it.
  4. Tightly roll the dough from one edge to the other, then slice into approximately 1 to 1.5-inch thick pieces.
  5. Place each slice upright into the prepared muffin tin, ensuring they fit snugly.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Check at 15 minutes for doneness.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove and let cool slightly on a wire rack.
