For the Slaw
  • 1 bag Coleslaw Mix pre-packaged or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar can substitute apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey maple syrup can work as alternative
For the Tacos
  • 1 package Wonton Wrappers or use lettuce wraps for low-carb
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce for serving
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro omit for milder taste
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  2. Spray or brush each wonton wrapper with oil and drape them over the edges of the greased baking dish to form taco shapes.
  3. Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes until pliable.
  4. Crisp the wonton shells by returning to the oven for an additional 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cook diced chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for about 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix and green onions, then drizzle with sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Toss well.
  7. Assemble tacos by filling wonton shells with the chicken mixture, topping with slaw and sweet chili sauce, and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve warm with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping.
