Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the red snapper fillets with salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning.
  3. Sear the fillets in an olive-oiled skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the fillets and sauté onion and bell pepper in the same skillet for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic, paprika, and cayenne pepper; sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Stir in tomato paste and heavy cream, simmer until thickened.
  8. Mix in lemon juice, thyme, and parsley. Return fillets to the skillet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  10. Serve hot, garnishing with thyme or parsley.
