Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 1 pack Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls Soft and sweet, these are the perfect base for your sliders.
  • 8 slices Deli Sliced Smoked Ham Adds savory richness; consider substituting with roast beef or pastrami.
  • 8 slices Deli Sliced Smoked Roasted Turkey Provides lean protein; shredded rotisserie chicken can be a great alternative.
  • 1 cup Gruyère Cheese Melts perfectly for a creamy texture; Swiss or Havarti can be used if Gruyère isn’t available.
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter Essential for that rich, buttery glaze and crispy finish.
  • 1 large Egg Serves as a binding agent; omit if you're looking for a lighter option.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce Adds depth and umami; soy sauce can be a suitable substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard Provides an appealing tanginess; feel free to swap with honey mustard for a milder flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Contributes moisture and creaminess; Greek yogurt makes a healthier substitution.
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar Optional, enhances the sweet aspect.
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Preserves Served on the side for dipping.

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Mixing bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). While the oven warms, prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and generously coating it with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls horizontally as a single unit, placing the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli-sliced smoked ham, followed by the turkey, and sprinkle the Gruyère cheese generously on top.
  4. Whisk together the melted butter, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the sauce mixture over the layers of meat and cheese and spread evenly.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the layered ingredients and drizzle the remaining sauce on top.
  7. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow the sliders to cool for 5-10 minutes, then cut into individual sliders and dust with powdered sugar.
