  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

  2. Shape Salmon Balls: Form the salmon mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter, aiming for 12 to 14 portions. Place on a plate and preheat skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
  3. Grill Salmon Balls: Place salmon balls in the hot skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and firm.
  4. Prepare Creamy Avocado Sauce: Blend avocado, cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
