  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. Mix the vegetables with the beef mixture.
  3. Soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until soft, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
  4. Place basil leaves in the center of the wrapper, followed by a spoonful of the beef and veggie mixture. Fold the bottom over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Serve the rolls immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
