Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the sheet pan in a single layer and roast for 10 minutes.
- Slice the chicken sausage into thin rounds and combine with the remaining olive oil in a separate bowl.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF (232ºC).
- Add the roasted broccoli to the bowl with the sausage, stir in the frozen tortellini and half of the Parmesan.
- Spread the mixture back onto the sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top before serving.
