Directions
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Place the chicken tenderloins in the center of your slow cooker. Arrange the potato wedges and carrot pieces around the chicken.
  2. Mix Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and chopped parsley. Stir until evenly blended.
  3. Combine: Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
  4. Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–8 hours.
  5. Serve: Once cooked, check that the chicken is done and serve hot with your favorite sides.
