  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Olive oil is a substitute.
For the Vegetables
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced.
  • 1 medium Zucchini Sliced.
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Can use avocado oil.
For Serving
  • 4 cups Steamed White Rice Can substitute with brown rice or cauliflower rice.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare all ingredients, chopping vegetables and mincing garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the sesame oil, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In another pan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic, then add mushrooms, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper, stir-fry until tender-crisp, adding soy sauce as desired.
  6. Assemble bowls by placing rice at the bottom and topping with beef mixture and vegetables.
