- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw one sheet of frozen puff pastry for about 30 minutes on the countertop.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet in half lengthwise and spread the filling on one half.
- Place the other half of the puff pastry over the filled half and press to seal.
- Cut the pastry into 6 long strips and twist each strip into a swirl shape.
- Brush the swirls with egg wash for a golden color.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
