Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Refreshing Peach Lemonade
  1. Start by making your homemade lemonade or using store-bought for quicker preparation. Juice 6-8 lemons into a measuring cup. Combine the lemon juice with 1 ½ cups of sugar and 8 cups of water in a large pitcher, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Wash 4-5 ripe peaches thoroughly, then slice them in half, removing the pit, and reserve a quarter of the slices for garnish. Chop the remaining peaches into smaller chunks.
  3. In a blender, combine the chopped peach chunks with 1 cup of the chilled lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. If you prefer a thinner consistency, strain the blended peach mixture through a fine mesh strainer, then pour into the pitcher.
  5. Add the remaining lemonade and 8 cups of water to the strained peach mixture, stirring until well combined. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  6. Serve the peach lemonade chilled over ice cubes, garnished with mint and peach slices.
