Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- In a food processor, combine oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, grated ginger, red chilli, and roughly chopped lemongrass. Blend until smooth.

- Place the fresh chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each wing is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for even cooking.

- Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

- Cook the wings in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.

- Toast the chopped peanuts in a frying pan over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and garnish with toasted peanuts, finely chopped chillies, and sliced spring onions.

Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate the wings overnight. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
