Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, aluminum-free baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Cut cold unsalted butter into small cubes and add to the dry mixture, working it in until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually pour in your choice of milk, mixing just until a cohesive dough forms. Add more milk if necessary.
  5. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently press it down to about 1½ inches thick.
  6. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
