Preparation
- Preheat your broiler to high. Spread mini marshmallows on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Gently fold in the toasted marshmallows using a spatula until evenly mixed without deflating the whipped cream.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, smoothing the top, and freeze for at least 8 hours or until firm.
- Scoop out and serve. Enjoy your Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream in bowls or cones.
