- Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, and grated Parmesan evenly across the honey-drizzled puff pastry, adding fresh thyme, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
- Roll each pastry sheet into a log and slice each log lengthwise into two long pieces.
- Twist each length of pastry into a smooth coil shape and brush with milk.
- Place the shaped pastries in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes.
