  1. Start by preparing the pizza dough, mixing flour, water, yeast, and salt, and letting it rest for about 1 hour.
  2. Slice fresh mozzarella and let it drain on a paper towel.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and shape the dough on parchment paper into a rectangle.
